USCIS is announced the new process/rules recently for the employers/Companies which are applying H1Bs for their employees in 2020, let explore more on this.
As per new process, the employers should follow these steps.
The employer must electronically submit an application with basic details of an employer and employee.
USCIS will open an initial registration period from March 1 through March 20, 2020.
The H1B random selection process (Lottery), will then be run based on those electronic registrations.
USCIS will send an email for selected registrations through Random process or lottery with the next steps. therefore, employer will be required to submit a full petition.
“This process helps employers and employees will save the cost and bring efficiency to the existing process“.
